Oceanfront Property (6307E Long Beach Blvd.),
private road, very quiet, spectacular view of ocean and bay, lifeguard on duty right in front of house (in season). The oceanfront property is unlike most other oceanfront houses, in that you can hear the waves and ocean while sleeping.
Each floor has 3 bedrooms(each with own TV) and can sleep 8. Central AC, 4 TVs, High Speed Internet access, WIFI. The bed layout is 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets bunk beds(4 twins).
Many families enjoy renting both floors for a mini family reunion, 6 bedrooms(3 top floor/3 bottom floor), sleeping up to 16, 8 TVs, plenty of parking, 2 kitchens, 3 family rooms, plenty of parking, etc.

best to do your major food shopping at the larger grocery stores (shop rite, pathmark) located on rt 72 east just before you cross the bridge to enter long beach island. better selection, better prices.
as far as restaurants, entertainment, etc, best to pick up the local free paper called "the sandpaper", it has all that information in there. you'll see them in yellow newspaper boxes along the road and also located in front of the shop rite.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Arcade for kids located in Beach Haven
Harvey Cedars Marina within walking distance, rental slips, rental boats, bait, fishing equipment, etc.
There is a guarded bay beach located at the west end of West 75th Street and Barnegat Bay, which includes the fenced swimming area, the sandy beach area and the pavilion.
Payment / Lease / Key Procedures:
Two copies of lease are mailed out, along with two self addressed return stamped envelopes
Sign and return lease with 50% payment , priority mail preferred
Final 50% payment (money order) must be received 60 days before "move in" date (payment schedule on lease, date on envelope)
House key will be mailed out 8 days before "move in" date, Upon returning home, return key in provided self-addressed stamped envelope
Recent Policy Additions:
no pets
no smoking policy will be placed on the lease
anyone who verbally reserves a week and cancels for whatever reason will be permanently removed from the mailing list.
family oriented rental, not suited for singles, parties, graduations, large gatherings, bachelor parties, etc
Capacity limits: had some problems with overcrowding this past year, both people and cars
maximum of eight people (adults and kids) per floor at any time
parking for two cars per floor available at house, others must park on public street
Anyone found breaking the house rules (e.g., bringing pets, maximum of 8 not strictly adhering to check in/out times, excessive noise, etc.) will be permanently removed from the mailing list. Please call to report those breaking the rules so the problems can be dealt with immediately !!!!
